VALLEY OF FLOWERS

VALLEY OF FLOWERS

All through the rippling river,

All through the majestic hills,

I saw pink reflections of balsam quiver

And its petals flutter with thrill.

As I rise up high through the meadow

Bestowed with floral splashes,

I see my despair leave as shadows

Contrasting past and present clashes.

Perfect symmetrical Pink balsams.

At a glance leaves you in wonder.

Is it pixie dust behind these blossoms

Or mystic hands? It's up to you to ponder.

Devbhumi the Land of gods

Some give it this name.

Such a blissful visual reward.

The most beautiful place in the world

I'll confidently claim!
